By participating in the ‘2024 Hays Asia Salary Guide Survey’ (the “Survey”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Survey T&Cs”) together with any specific instructions and terms for such Survey which may be mentioned on the relevant section of the website (the “Survey information”).
Hays China may cancel or amend the Survey, Survey information, or these Survey T&Cs without prior notice. Any changes will be posted either within the Survey information or these Survey T&Cs.

Eligibility restrictions apply to this Survey. The Survey is open to all Mainland China residents with a valid email address. Proof of residence and email address may be required.
Employees of Hays China or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the Survey shall not be permitted to enter.
By entering the Survey you warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current, and complete.

China candidates and clients can participate in the “2024 Hays Asia Salary Guide Survey” from all Hays official channels such as WeChat, LinkedIn and email.
Participants can participate in this event survey through various official channels of Hays (such as Hays public WeChat account, LinkedIn, email, etc.), and the 8th, 88th, 688th, 888th and 1,888th fans who successfully completed the survey can get A 200-yuan JD shopping card. The first 1,000 people who complete questionnaire can receive a 15% discount coupon for Seesaw coffee. If the above number of people is not reached, the prizes will be distributed according to the actual number of people.
Participating in the survey is free but entrants should be aware that they may be subject to data charges depending on their Internet access plan.
In order to join the survey, entrants are required to follow the instructions on the website as indicated in the Survey information. To be a valid entry, entrants are required to enter their personal information and email address at the end of the survey.
The survey will start on Monday, September 25, 2023, Beijing time, and end on Sunday, November 12, 2023. Hays does not accept any participation outside the specified time.
Hays China has no liability or responsibility for entries not received for whatever reason, including but not limited to failure to include an email address, for entries lost, delayed or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit.
Only one entry is permitted per person.
The winner will be announced on https://www.hays-china.cn within 10 working days after the survey closes, and he/she will be notified by email for the result. The decision of Hays China is final. The winner’s email will be announced on the website by Hays China, once the prize has been claimed. By entering this Survey, you consent us to publish your personal information (including your email address and your name in announcements should yours be the winning entry.

Prizes for this campaign: The 8th, 88th, 688th, 888th and 1,888th fans will have the opportunity to receive a 200-yuan JD shopping card. The first 1,000 people who complete questionnaire will have the opportunity to receive a 15% discount coupon for Seesaw coffee.
The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is non-refundable and non-transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without notice.
Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner via email. If the winner cannot be contacted within 5 days, or is unable to comply with these Survey T&Cs, Hays China reserves the right to disqualify the entrant of the winner. In order to receive their prize, the winner is required to provide Hays China with their full name, phone number and mailing address.
Hays China reserves the right in its sole discretion to withhold delivery of the prize until proof of eligibility and/or identity requested by Hays China has been confirmed or if such proof is not produced on request or to disqualify the entrant from the Survey.

Unless prohibited by law, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity relating to this Survey, including but not limited to having their name and photograph used for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice or without any fee being paid to winner. Unless prohibited by law, the winner will be required to execute a publicity release.
GENERAL

Any entrant who enters or attempts to enter the Survey in a manner, which in Hays China’s determination, is contrary to these Survey T&Cs or is fraudulent or unjust to other entrants (including without limitation tampering with the operation of the Survey, hacking, cheating, deception, or any other unfair playing practices such as intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrants or Hays China and/or any of its agents or representatives), maybe withdrawn from the Survey by Hays China at its sole discretion. Automated entries are prohibited and will be disqualified from the Survey.
Hays China does not warrant that the services relating to the Survey will be free from errors or omissions or that they will be available uninterrupted and in a fully operational condition. Hays China reserves the right to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Survey in whole, at its sole discretion, if it believes the Survey is not capable of being conducted as specified in these Survey T&Cs or in the event of system failure, maintenance or repair, network issue, hacking, security breaches or other tampering, a virus, computer bug or unauthorised human intervention or any other cause that is beyond the reasonable control of Hays China that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality, or normal course of the Survey, including, but not limited to the unavailability of the Survey or prize draw entry platform before the closing date, or for strike, lock-out, labor dispute, illness, act of God, natural disaster, adverse weather conditions, war, riot, civil commotion, accident, epidemic or pandemic, malicious damage, fire, flood and/or storm, compliance with law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, breakdown of plant, machinery or transportation. Hays China is not responsible for any loss or damage caused to you as a result of any of these occurrences.
Hays China cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the Survey or as a result of accepting any prize. Hays China is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Survey.
You agree to reimburse Hays China in respect of any damages suffered by Hays China or any losses by Hays China resulting from any claim made by a third party in each case in respect of any matter arising from your use of the services relating to the Survey in breach of the Survey T&Cs or from your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Survey T&Cs shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Survey T&Cs shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
The Survey and these Survey T&Cs will be governed by laws of China SAR and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in China.
